Dancers Julie and Serge loved each other and danced since they were born.

Their dance never contained neither pirouettes no pas. However we always saw both.

Some of the photos were taken just minutes apart, others — a year. But if the feelings are strong — may nothing change except for the scenery and age.

Scenes slide in front of our eyes — smudgy women in factories, Goethe and Nietzsche library book covers’ smells, markets and wedding bicycles, swings and marry-go-rounds, the Volga and port warehouses, train stations and dunes...and dresses in the sky in the Horizontal Fields...
